Flower Rabbit · The local flower network
Is shrink
shrinking
your bottom line?
It's the same waste on both ends — growers composting unsold stems, florists binning the half-bunch they never needed. Flower Rabbit connects local farmers and florists directly, so flowers go from field to design instead of field to landfill.
Shrink, both ways
What's "shrink"? It's the flowers you paid for but never sold — composted in the field or tossed from the cooler. Every wilted stem is money straight out of your pocket. Flower Rabbit's whole job is to shrink your shrink.
- Growers overgrow, then compost the surplus
- Florists over-buy whole bunches
- Half of it ends up in the bin
- Importers and middlemen take the markup
- Flowers die in the gap between them
The Flower Rabbit way
- Growers sell what they actually have
- Florists buy just what they need
- Peak-season stems you can't get from a box
- The margin stays local
- Flowers go straight from field to design
And here's the quiet magic: because it's all cut at its seasonal peak, you'll get the stems you didn't even know you wanted — the rare, fleeting, impossibly-fresh blooms that never survive the trip through a wholesaler. The best of the season, while it's the best.
What's in every bucket
Built like a designer would build it
Every bucket is composed — not packed. You'll get a complete, ready-to-design mix: a focal moment, the fillers that tie it together, foliage for movement, and whatever specialty stems are at their absolute peak the week you order.
Focal Flower
The showstopper. Dahlias, garden roses, ranunculus, or whatever is commanding the field that week.
Filler Flowers
The connective tissue — airy, textural stems that give your arrangements depth and dimension.
Foliage
Fresh-cut greenery and botanicals for movement, structure, and that just-gathered look.
Peak-Season Surprise
Whatever is at its most beautiful state the day we cut for you — the stems you simply can't get from a box.
Bucket pricing
Choose your scale
The bucket is the shared standard the whole network trades in — so a tier means the same thing whether you're a grower selling it or a florist buying it. Pricing reflects what's inside: the rarer and more labor-intensive the stems, the higher the tier.

The Designer
A beautifully balanced, everyday-luxe mix for weekly studio work.
- Focal, filler, foliage + surprise stem
- Curated to your palette
- Seasonal farm-fresh selection

The Signature
Our best-loved blend — elevated focals and a richer, fuller composition.
- Premium focal flowers
- Specialty fillers & textures
- Generous, event-ready volume

The Luxe
This isn't three stems of amaranth and a dahlia. This is a bucket you might need help carrying — packed wall-to-wall with premium blooms.
- Rare & specialty focal varieties
- Heirloom & collectible blooms
- Generous, full-to-the-brim volume
- Custom palette matching
The three tiers are just an easy starting point — a shared language so everyone's on the same page. Farmers and florists are always free to work out their own arrangements, quantities, and pricing directly.
How it works
Good to know
Order a week ahead
Because we cut to order, please place your request at least one full week in advance. This lets us harvest at peak and condition before delivery.
Everything is seasonal
Buckets reflect what's thriving right now. Tell us your palette and project, and we'll build the best possible mix to match it.
Delivery available
Local delivery starts at $45, adjusted by location and the number of buckets. Pickup from the farm is always welcome.
Better than the box
Freshly cut, never shipped halfway around the world. Longer vase life, less shrink, and stems you can't source from a traditional wholesaler.
A whole network of flower friends
You're never tapping just one farm. If we don't have the blooms you need that week, we won't leave you stranded — we'll connect you to our network of local flower friends who can fill the gap. One call, a whole community of growers behind you.
Get in before the rest of them do.
Join the founding wave — the first florists sourcing local and the first farms selling direct. No imported wholesale box, no middlemen marking up every stem — just fresher flowers, and more of every dollar staying with the people who actually grow and arrange them.
Founding spots are limited while we onboard our first farms and florists.

A quick hello
I'm a real person — and this started with my own flowers.
Hi, I'm Sarah. I grow flowers and I've worked the florist side too, so I've felt this problem from both ends: the blooms that never sold, the boxes I over-bought and half-binned, the money quietly slipping to middlemen who never touched a stem.
Let me be straight with you: I'm one person — not a startup looking to squeeze money out of you. I sweat all day and design all night, and I happen to have a background in software. So instead of just complaining about what's broken, I built the thing I wished existed.
My honest goal is simple: to move your profit margin — immensely — away from the faceless 1-800 towers and back into the hands of the people who actually grow and arrange the flowers. But here's the truth: I can't do this without farmers and florists behind me. This is just the beginning, and it's grassroots. Join in, and we build something that ends up better for everyone in it.
No tricks, no exploitation, no fine print waiting to bite you. Just someone who loves flowers, trying to spread a little more flower love around. I'm genuinely glad you're here. 🌸

Always seasonal, always changing
No two buckets are ever the same — because no two weeks on the farm are. Here's a glimpse of what's moved through our buckets across the seasons.
